Abstract
The study aims to explore the relationship between academic factors, economic factors, infrastructure, location of college, placement opportunity and student enrollment. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of academic factor, economic factor, infrastructure, location of college and placement opportunity influence student enrollment. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 312 students of higher educational institutions in Rupandehi District using a structured questionnaire and employing a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM software with various tools, including the assessment of measurement items, model fit, Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), and bootstrapping techniques for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that academic factors and placement opportunity are the key predictors of student enrollment. It is evident that these factors are major contributors to student enrollment. Therefore, the management of higher educational institutions should consider these aspects to enhance student enrollment. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving student enrollment. Abstract
The study aims to explore the relationship between different dimensions of Quality work ethics i.e. Care, Regulation, Instrument, Work Goal, Hard Work, and Job Satisfaction. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of these factors influence Job Satisfaction. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 214 employees of commercial banks in Butwal Sub-metropolitan City using a structured questionnaire and purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM software, employing various tools such as the assessment of measurement items, model fit evaluation, Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), and bootstrapping techniques for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that Hard Work, as a dimension of quality work ethics, as a key predictor of Job Satisfaction. It is evident that this factor plays major contributor to Job Satisfaction. Therefore, the management of commercial banks should consider these aspects to enhance job satisfaction among employees. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a greater possibility of improving Job Satisfaction. Abstract
The study aims to explore the relationship between Respect, Teamwork, Reward and Punishment, Leadership Style, Racial Discrimination, Discipline, Corruption and Employee Performance. It seeks to identify how these different dimensions influence Employee Performance. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 218 employees of Commercial banks in Butwal Sub metropolitan City using a structured questionnaire, following a purposive sampling method. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM software, employing tools such as measurement item assessment; Model fit evaluation, Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) and bootstrapping techniques for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that discipline and teamwork, as aspects of ethical behavior are the key predictors of employee performance. It is evident that these factors are major contributors to employee performance. Therefore, the management of Commercial banks should prioritize these aspects to enhance employee performance. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is greater potential to improve employee performance. Abstract
The study aims to explore the relationship between Need for Achievement, Locus of Control, Self-Efficiency, Instrumental Readiness, Entrepreneurial Experience and Entrepreneurial Intention. It seeks to identify different dimensions of Need for Achievement, Locus of Control, Self-Efficiency, Instrumental Readiness, Entrepreneurial Experience influence Entrepreneurial Intention. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 283 college student in Butwal Sub-metropolitan City using a structured questionnaire, following a Simple random sampling method. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM software with different tools like assessment of measurement items. Model fit, IPMA and implemented bootstrapping technique for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that Locus of Control and Need for Achievement of college students are the key predictors of Entrepreneurial Intention. It is evident that these factors are the major contributors to Entrepreneurial Intention. Therefore, the management of College Student should consider these aspects to enhance the entrepreneurial intention. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving entrepreneurial intention. Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Attainment Value, Intrinsic Value, Utility Value, the Perceived Value of Generative AI, and Student Motivation. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of Attainment Value, Intrinsic Value, Utility Value, and the Perceived Value of Generative AI influence Student Motivation. Moreover, the study examines the role of Information Literacy affecting the Perceived Value of Generative AI and Student Motivation. A quantitative approach was adopted, gathering responses from 275 master’s students from Tribhuvan University-affiliated campuses in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Nepal, using a structured questionnaire and a convincing sampling method. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM software, including assessment of measurement items, model fit, IPMA, and bootstrapping techniques for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that Attainment Value is a major predictor of the Perceived Value of Generative AI. Likewise, Information Literacy plays a vital mediating role in the relationship between the Perceived Value of Generative AI and Student Motivation. It is evident that Attainment Value, Intrinsic Value, Utility Value, and the Perceived Value of Generative AI are major contributors to Student Motivation. Therefore, the management of master’s programs at Tribhuvan University affiliated campuses in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Nepal, should consider these aspects to enhance student motivation. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving student motivation. Employer Branding and Staff Retention in Nepalese Manufacturing Companies

Abstract
The study seeks to explore the correlation between employer branding and employee retention within a manufacturing company. Additionally, it aims to determine the primary influencing factors based on employees' age, gender, marital status, and educational qualifications. Data collected from a Simple Random Sampling Technique of 150 employees of a manufacturing company using a questionnaire rated on a 7-point Likert scale. A total of 120 complete responses were obtained, resulting in a response rate of 80%. The study employed descriptive and causal-comparative research design, utilizing analyses such as independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and regression. Beta coefficients suggest that ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR), compensation and benefits have a greater influence on staff retention. The implications of these findings suggest that companies should put in place rules that encourage flexible work hours and create a supportive atmosphere at work to make employees more committed. Managers should offer help to make sure employees are happier and more committed. Abstract
The study aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, employee relations, health status, occupational stress, working conditions, family responsibilities, and academic staff absenteeism. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of these factors influence academic staff absenteeism. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 154 employees of a public campus in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, using a structured questionnaire and following a census study method. Data was analyzed using statistical tools such as PLS-SEM software, including assessment of measurement items, model fit, Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), and the bootstrapping technique for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that employee relations, among the independent variables, are key predictors of academic staff absenteeism. It is evident that employee relations are major contributors to academic staff absenteeism. Therefore, the management of public campuses should prioritize these aspects to reduce absenteeism. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a greater possibility of improving attendance among academic staff. Abstract
The study aims to analyze the effect between student enrollment and banner design. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of personalization, contents and design influences student enrollment. Moreover, the study seeks to examine the mediating role of student engagement between independent and dependent variables. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 262 students of TU affiliated campus in Butwal sub metropolitan city using a structured questionnaire, following a convenience sampling method. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM software with different tools like assessment of measurement items. Model fit, IPMA and implemented bootstrapping techniques for hypothesis testing. The findings from the given data reveal that Content, Design, and Personalization all have significant positive effects on Student Engagement, with Personalization showing the strongest influence. Additionally, Content and Personalization significantly impact Student Enrollment, while Design does not show a significant effect on Enrollment. Most notably, Student Engagement strongly predicts Student Enrollment, indicating that higher engagement leads to increased enrollment. It is evident that these factors are the major contributors to student enrollment. Therefore, the management of Tribhuvan University affiliated campuses should consider these aspects to enhance the student enrollment. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving student enrollment. Abstract
The study aims to explore the relationship between Financial Incentive, Price, Charging Infrastructure, Social Reinforcement and Environmental Concern with Electric Vehicle Adaptation. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of financial incentive, price, charging infrastructure, social reinforcement, and Environmental Concern influences the Electric Vehicle Adaptation. The study applied a quantitative approach, gathering response from 384 respondents in Butwal Sub-metropolitan city, using a structured questionnaire. Following a snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM software with different tools like assessment of measurement items, Models fit, IPMA and implemented bootstrapping technique for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that financial incentives, Price, Charging Infrastructure, Social reinforcement and Environmental Concern are the key predictors of Electronic Vehicle Adaptation. It is evident that these factors are the major contributions to the dependent variables. Therefore, the Electronic Vehicle (EVs) Manufacturing Company. We should consider this aspect to enhance the Electronic Vehicle Adaptation. By Understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving the Electronic Vehicle Adaptation. Abstract
The study aims to analyze the effect between Employee Engagement and Emotional Intelligence. It seeks to identify how different dimensions of Employee Engagement influences Employee Intelligence. Moreover, the study seeks to examine the mediating role of Job Satisfaction on the relationship between Employee Engagement and Emotional intelligence. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 250 academic staff from private schools in Butwal Sub Metropolitan City using a structured questionnaire, following a simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using PLS SEM software with different tools like assessment of measurement items, Model fit, IPMA, and Implemented bootstrapping techniques for hypothesis testing to examine the relationship between employee engagement and emotional intelligence. The findings revealed that job satisfaction was the strongest predictor of employee engagement, with relationship management exerting significant direct and indirect effects. Social awareness influenced engagement only through job satisfaction, while self-awareness and self-management showed no significant effects. It suggests that improving job satisfaction, strengthening relationship management, and fostering social awareness are critical for enhancing employee engagement. It is evident that these factors are the major contributors to emotional intelligence. Therefore, the management of private schools should consider these aspects to enhance emotional intelligence. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving emotional intelligence. Abstract

It seeks to identify how different dimensions of Fairness, Integrity, Accountability Role of modeling and Employee’s performances. Moreover, the study seeks to examine the mediating role of counter-productive on the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The study adopted a quantitative approach, gathering responses from 248 of academic staff of higher educational institution in Butwal sub metropolitan city using a structured questionnaire, following a simple random, sampling method. Data was analyzed using statistical tools such as PLS-SEM software with different tools like assessment of measurement items. Model fit, IPMA and implemented bootstrapping technique for hypothesis testing. The results revealed that accountability of independent variables are the key predictors of counter-productive work behaviour. Conversely, these factors were negatively correlated with the mediating variable. It is evident that these factors are the major contributors to the dependent variable. Therefore, the management of staff of higher educational institutions should consider these aspects to enhance the dependent variable. By understanding and reformulating policies based on these factors, there is a higher possibility of improving employee performance.
